Exercise 3: Keep tilting your head back as slowly as possible, until you feel pressure on the neck and under the chin. Now try to rotate the jaw slowly from right to left and from left to right. If you can do this exercise at least 5 times a day for five minutes, the neck and neck muscles will become tense. At the same time, excess fat in the neck and throat will be reduced quickly.


Exercise 4: Lean the head back as much as possible and apply equal pressure on the cheeks with both hands. At the same time try to smile with your mouth closed as much as possible. Exercising at least 10 minutes regularly will easily reduce excess fat from the cheeks.


Exercise 5: Insert one or two fingers in the mouth and suck as hard as possible. Or compress the cheeks as much as possible by pulling air into the mouth in that position. If you can exercise this method at least 10 times a day, the swelling of the cheeks will decrease quickly.


Doing the above exercises will reduce the excess fat in the face and the face will be taut and you will be able to be attractive by removing the impression of age.
