Sikkim is a small village in the Darjeeling district of India (North Bengal). The location is located six kilometers above Mongpu Here the sweet call of the birds wakes up in the morning. Ideal place for taking pictures of nature and birds.

The beauty of Kanchenjunga fills the mind when you stand on the verandah with a cup of hot tea in the morning. As the sun goes down, it seems as if the sky is wrapped in a black sheet from all sides. And looking at the light of the small villages below, it seems that the stars of the sky have come down to the earth. You can't believe this scene without seeing it with your own eyes!

The hospitality of the people here is so captivating that they want to come again and again. From here you can visit Darjeeling or Lamahata Tinchul for the whole day. The Sikkim place is part of the Central Wildlife Sanctuary. There is also a jungle trek here.

In the morning I got down at NJP and drove to Sikkim, on the way I visited Sebak's mother. It takes three and a half to four hours to reach Siksin. The higher we climbed from Mongpu, the thicker the clouds seemed to surround us. When we got out of the car, there were only clouds and clouds all around. The cold air in Kankan with him. After lunch there, I took a short rest and went out on a tour of the Central Wildlife. This trekking path takes about an hour and a half. We proceeded along a mountain forest on one side, a ravine on the other, and a narrow dirt road in the middle. There was a lot of creepy feeling and thrilling feeling. When we were in the middle of the forest, it seemed as if the clouds were all around us. Nothing could be seen from front to back, yet we continued with the guide without stopping. There are tigers, bears, wild pigs etc. in this forest. When our trek was over, I looked at my watch and saw that it was five o'clock in the afternoon. It will take about 15-20 more minutes to walk back to our homestay. The whole road is covered with clouds. Somehow we slowly walked along the side of the road and returned home.

The next morning I had breakfast and left for Lamahata Park. This park is beautifully decorated. After spending some time, we proceeded to see the next destination, Lovers Point, and the confluence of the Teesta and Rangita rivers with it. After that we came back in the afternoon to see Peshak tea garden and Tinchule. Before leaving on the day of our return, the mistress of the house honored us all with a scarf. This is our biggest debt on this tour. From there I went out to the house of the poet Rabindranath Tagore in Mongput. Very nice little house, I saw the pages of unknown history turned upside down. After that I went to Yogighat in the orange orchard of Sitong. From January to the first week of February, tree-filled oranges bloom in Sitong.

How many times do you go to Darjeeling! The experience of traveling to Sikkim on a whirlwind tour is completely different ...
