There is  a word, sleeping  paradise tranquility.However, if the volume of sleep is more, paradise is no longer paradise .On the other hand, even if you do not get enough sleep is harmful to health. Then there are the system of sleep in medicine.


immoderate  sleep can lead to diabetes and heart problems. Moreover, it also increases the risk of death. To stay healthy, doctors always direction an adult to get 7-8 hours of sleep.


Studies have shown that sleep deprivation can lead to poor performance & melancholy. So there is no alternative for moderate sleep to stay healthy.


According to USA research, both sleep deposition & excessive sleep can lead to a variety of problems, including heart disease, obesity & anxiety. It also increment the risk of diabetes and high blood pressure.


Studies on about 50K people have shown that insufficient sleep affects people both physically & mentally. This causes cardiovascular disease & obesity. These problems, however, can be control  with adequate sleep. Again, if the level of sleep is high, heart disease, obesity, anxiety and various other problems occur.


What can befall to a person due to sleep?


* Excessive sleep can cause nausea and high blood pressure in your body.

* Many people have pain in the waist and back due to excessive sleep.

* People who are mentally depressed often sleep more. Excessive sleep increases mental fatigue.

* Excessive sleep doubles the risk of heart attack. So if you have a policy of oversleeping, give it up today.

* Those who have a habit of sleeping for a long time, sleeping less than one day, they have to face problems like headaches.

* Prolonged sleep does not lead to walking or any movement, so the chances of gaining fat are high.

* Too little or too much sleep reduces the brain's ability to function.

* If women sleep less than five hours or more than 9 hours regularly, their brain function may decrease in two years.
