Sajek Valley of Rangamati(Bangladesh), one of the tourist destinations of the country, has been opened from today.

Darjeeling, a popular tourist destination in Bengal, was closed for more than five months due to the Corona epidemic.

The resort owners said that the resort-cottages are being arranged to welcome the tourists. Already 70 percent of the resorts have been booked. The administration has requested the tourists visiting Sajek to abide by the health rules.

Transport traders say it will be possible to make up for the loss if the number of tourists increases.

Earlier, various tourist destinations in Khagrachhari, Bandarban and Rangamati were opened. All tourist destinations in the country were declared closed on March 18 to prevent coronavirus infection
