Method: First cut the vegetables and drain the water. Then separate the tomatoes, carrots, eggplants. Boil the pulses. Boil the pulses. Heat oil in a pan and add bay leaves, panchphoran, chilli. Now add turmeric, pepper and salt. Add tomatoes, carrots, eggplant and other vegetables. Cover and simmer for 5 minutes.
When all the vegetables are cooked, take down with coriander leaves, ghee and sugar.
